If even half of the stuff you'll see and hear in The Men Who Stare at Goats is true, that's way too much. George Clooney delivers his usual high level of performance while Ewan McGregor gives us a chance to enjoy his American accent. Jeff Bridges does a great job as Bill Django, the leader of New Earth Brigade - Bridges does a great character portrait of a man at 3 different points in his life. Kevin Spacey lets it rip in a rare bad guy roll, a character you'll hate almost immediately. While the performances are great, the movie is a lot like life; it plods along and doesn't necessarily have a nice linear flow and feels a bit longer than its 90 minute running time, but the The Men Who Stare at Goats has some great laughs and awesome performances that are worth watching.
